1 Red Onion
2 Red Capsicums (Bell Peppers)
Olive Oil
3 Cups of Cold Cooked Rice (preferably day old)
35g Sachet of Powdered Taco Seasoning
1 1/2 Cups of Water
Preparation Time: About 10 minutes
Cooking Time: About 20 minutes
