Nachos Bolognese is a delicious fusion of Italian and Mexican tastes. A thick and meaty bolognese sauce is served over a layer of corn chips. Topped with cheese, sour cream and guacamole, this dish is great for a quick dinner, kid’s sleep overs or for something to snack on during movie nights – give it a go!
