-Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie

1/2 Banana
3-4 Pitted Dates
1 Cup Ice
1/2 Cup Natural Peanut Butter
1/2 Cup Coconut Milk

-Green Smoothie

1 Handful Frozen Blueberries
1 Handful Frozen Raspberries
1/2 Frozen Banana
3-4 Pitted Dates
1 1/2 cup Fresh Kale
Bok Choy
1/2 Cup Coconut Milk + water if needed

-Spicy Orange Juice
2 Peeled Oranges
1 Lime
1/2 Jalapeño
Ginger
Pineapple (to taste)

-Traditional Green Juice
1 Stalk Celery
1 Cucumber
2 Cups Spinach
1 Red Apple
1/2 Lemon
