My favorite EASY green smoothie recipe

Recipe:
1 ripe banana
6 frozen strawberries
2 handfuls of spinach
2 cups of water

  • Next time give me a call and i'll add some jizz to it for you for protein.

  • Not a bad recipe but I prefer to add a green superfood powder instead of the handful of spinach. It has alfalfa, dandelion, barley, oat grasses, ginger root, parsley, wheat grasss, chickweed, holy basil, moringa, yacon, amla berry, spirulina,chlorella, kelp, lavar, dulse, bladderwrack, alaria, nori.......among others. FYI, I use HealthForce SuperFoods Vitamineral Green V 5.2.

    And I like to add non-sweetened vanilla almond milk, then add organic raw blue agave nectar for sweetness.

    I also add the strawberries and banana along with a tablespoon each of flax and chia seeds. To top it off I also add 1/2 cup of steel cut oats. Make sure the almond milk goes a little past the "max" level on the cup, there's a lot of dry ingredients that need moisture to stay a liquid when mixed. Mix for 30-40 seconds and enjoy!!!
