I love mostaccioli but I like to add some melted chocolate to the dough. So the mostaccioli are a bit softer and sweeter. Had those with chocolate in Maratea (Italy) and they were even better than the normal ones.
Hi Laura, the mostaccioli that I grew up with, were more of a cacao base. Your dough is very pale in color.
