INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:

1kg of Lamb Mince
1 Egg
1/2 Cup of Fresh Breadcrumbs
1 Clove of Garlic (minced)
2 Teaspoons of Ground Cumin
1 Teaspoon of Ground Allspice
1 Teaspoon of Freshly Grated Lemon Rind / Zest
1 Brown Onion (chopped)
Salt and Pepper (to season)
Spray Oil

Preparation Time: About 15 minutes
Cooking Time: About 20 minutes

MAKES ABOUT 30 – 40 (depending on size)

ALL MEASUREMENTS GIVEN ARE AUSTRALIAN STANDARD METRIC

  • I've never cooked Kangaroo before, and I don't believe I've ever tasted it to be honest. I really should try it some day :)

  • I love your channel! Keep up the delicious foods - have you ever cooked anything with Kangaroo? I'm curious ... I know it's a very lean meat and we're overpopulated with Roos so it's actually a really sustainable animal to eat ... might be a little weird though but I'm sure you could make an interesting and tasty creation from it :)
