  • Hello once again O' Favorite Australian Chef of mine,
It's been far too long since I've posted a comment on one of your videos but I had a chocolate related question and I simply needed to share. I woke up this morning and immediately decided to experiment with marshmallows (I know, breakfast of champions XD) and in the process I ended up dissolving about 8 small marshmallows into a 1/4 cup of bittersweet chocolate. Is there a name for this? Or a practical use? All I know is that it is delicious

  • Ooooh, this is fun. Now that it's starting to cool it looks like it sets like fudge, this may actually be practical.

  • I'm not sure if there is a name for it, but you could use it as a filling for cookies, frosting for a cake or maybe a fudge if it sets solid in the fridge ;)

  • In the USA, we have something similar we call a Tornado. I love these things for breakfast with a big cup of coffee. Great video!
