Hello once again O' Favorite Australian Chef of mine,
It's been far too long since I've posted a comment on one of your videos but I had a chocolate related question and I simply needed to share. I woke up this morning and immediately decided to experiment with marshmallows (I know, breakfast of champions XD) and in the process I ended up dissolving about 8 small marshmallows into a 1/4 cup of bittersweet chocolate. Is there a name for this? Or a practical use? All I know is that it is delicious
Ooooh, this is fun. Now that it's starting to cool it looks like it sets like fudge, this may actually be practical.
I'm not sure if there is a name for it, but you could use it as a filling for cookies, frosting for a cake or maybe a fudge if it sets solid in the fridge ;)
Hey chef, can I use chicken mince instead?
Yes, you can use Chicken Mince if you like ;)
I'm not sure if you are being sarcastic or not.. if not.. CAN WE MEET HIM?
These sounds fabulous! I have to try them!

In the USA, we have something similar we call a Tornado. I love these things for breakfast with a big cup of coffee. Great video!
