• Can I substitute maple syrup with honey for honey corn muffins?

• I made these and they were delicious, but I added 1/2 cup of maple syrup,
  and around 1/4 cup of sugar. Then I melted the butter and maple, and
  brushed it on top of the muffins instead. They were amazing!
