INGREDIENT LIST:

100g of Mixed Salad Leaves
1/4 Cup of Lime Juice
1 Small Red Chilli (finely chopped)
1 Tablespoon of Coriander / Cilantro (Finely Chopped)
2 Teaspoons of Soy Sauce
2 Large Mangos (thinly sliced)
1/2 a Roasted Chicken – about 2 cups (skin and bones removed, meat shredded)
Freshly Cracked Black Pepper (optional)
Preparation Time: About 15 minutes
SERVES 4 (as a main meal – Serves 6 to 8 if used as a side dish)
