The egg muffins are delicouse but im wondering can i replace greek yogurt with regular plain yogurt

I like Chewy dried fruit/nuts energy bar..going to make 1 in my Menu.. But if i cut 15 piece each bar can be less Calories ..? 10 small box it look a bit big piece for me..( don't want to be high sugar )!!
