INGREDIENT LIST:

250g of Pasta (cooked following packet directions)
250g of Cherry Tomatoes
3 Sticks of Celery (diced)
3 Spring Onions (thinly sliced)
1/2 Cup of Grated Cheddar Cheese
1/3 Cup of Olive Oil
Juice of 1 Lemon (about 1/4 Cup)
Salt and Pepper
OPTIONAL: 1/2 Barbecued Chicken (meat stripped and shredded)
Preparation Time: About 20 minutes
Cooking Time: About 10 minutes
