  • I like the way you massage your chicken ;P This looks fab, I think it'll make a nice summer recipe, the marinade sounds so fresh!

  • I hate cooking so much >_< (I have been known to give up halfway through, have a tantrum and order a pizza) but I made this for dinner tonight and it was great. Thank you for the straight forward instructions and having recipes with normal ingredients that I actually have in stock. I'm going to try another one very soon. You rock and my tummy says thank you haha.

  • You are so wonderfully down-to-earth. Your recipes are explained in a clear manner and I can't wait to try more of them! Thanks!!!!

  • I've never roasted a chicken before in my life and I tried this 3 days ago... My fiance is still raving about it! It turned out beautifully, definately will be making it again! :D

  • I am trying your recipe this weekend, it looks super yummy! Do you think the skin will be abit more crispier if I l eave in the oven on full blast for the final 5 minutes?
