I've done poppers with cream cheese, and I've done them with bacon, but never with salmon. Sounds like a killer idea, but I can see that I'm going to have to buy at least a couple of dozen Jalapenos, because I won't be able to stop eating them! Running out in the middle of the 5th beer is not acceptable.

While your math seems sound, I mention this because these look so good you could possibly distract others into grabbing the half of the batch that doesn't have handles by offering a beer, which they will gladly thank you for, thus leaving more Turds with handles for the cook! ;)
