LOL I was at home making pita pizza with the pita bread I brought from the store. I put the sauce on first, then the cheese, then the toppings, and let it cook for 20-25 minutes. It came out YUMMY!!. I wanted to see how other people make home made pizza. And a lot of the videos were long because it showed how to roll the dough, and all that other complicated stuff. But this is simple, quick, and tastes great. That's how I like to enjoy some home made pizza. GREAT VIDEO!
I like to saute the mushrooms and onion before I put them on the pizza, takes a few minutes, but you get a much better flavor out of them, AND you don't have to cook the pizza nearly as long.
10-12 minutes in a 400* oven (basically until the cheese is melted and the crust is crispy) and you're done.
omg dat was so ezy gna try dat right now...i always hav pita at home..^_^....thnx
me like this!!......thumbs up..................
i make pita pizzas at least twice a week..i put pineapple, mushroom, spinach, onion and corn on mine along with the cheese and sauce...its really quick and easy not to mention a great way to sneak in some veggies.
