How to make FINGER-LICKING GRILLED FISH // OFADA SAUCE



Ingredients
* 2 small green bell pepper
* 2 small red bell pepper
* Scotch bonnet pepper( as many as you can handle)
* Small onion
* ½ cup palm oil or oil of choice
* 1 full chicken seasoning cube
* 1 teaspoon salt
* Lemon slices
* Additional salt for fish

GRILL for 20 minutes covered then 8 min opened.
Bake in preheated 425°f/ 220°c for 30 minutes without covering the fish
AIRFRY at 350°f/175°c for 25 minutes
