• This is bacon porn :-P I added these slices to the top of your french toast and your egg in a basket recipes and my wife and I were in breakfast heaven! Thanks! Ciao!

• Milk gravy is just bacon grease, flour, milk, salt , and pepper.

• I make a grilled cheese and tomato sandwich topped with an over easy egg covered in milk gravy that would go great with that bacon.I make my milk gravy with bacon grease that I save when frying bacon. Always butter your bread, not the pan for a great grilled cheese. I use American cheese, but that is optional, use what you like. I spread butter on both slices of bread, lay the first slice butter side down in a hot skillet, add the cheese, then the tomato slices to cover.Another layer of cheese, then the top slice of bread, butter side up. Make your gravy ahead of time and cook your egg so it will be done at the same time as the grilled cheese.When both sides of the grilled cheese are adequately browned, put on a plate, top with the egg, and cover with gravy. The tomato will be very hot! Enjoy.
