– 50g flour
– seasoning

Macros Tortillas: 270Kcal, 40C, 26P, 1F

Ingredients Filling:
– 100g Chicken breast
– 100g precooked rice
– 1 egg
– 1 onion
– 50g tomatoes
– some water

Macros Filling: 390Kcal, 40C, 34P, 10F
