Hello Queen. Thanks for the video. I LOVE the egg muffin idea. I'm going to
make them tomorrow morning but since I don't have a lot of time in the
mornings I'm going to cut and maybe sauté the veggies the night before. The
smoothies look delicious too so I can't wait to try them but I am going to
have to pass on the blended oatmeal because it reminds me too much of when
I was a kid having to eat "Malt o Meal" lol but great video Queen. Much
appreciated.
