INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:
500g Chicken Thigh Fillets (chopped into small pieces)
2 Tablespoons of Honey
1 Tablespoon of Dijon Mustard
1 Tablespoon of Wholegrain Mustard
2 Tablespoons of White Vinegar
Oil
OPTIONAL: Add a spoonful of Cream before serving for a slightly richer sauce.
Serve with Rice, Pasta or Vegetables
Preparation Time: About 5 minutes (plus time to marinate)
Cooking Time: About 10 minutes
SERVES 4

@OnePotChefShow Can I substitute dijon mustard for dijonnaise? Or would that alter the flavour too much? :)
can you mix some regular mustard with the honey?? and does it have to be white vinegar? or would the regular one work too? :)
You can use any mild mustard you like. As for the vinegar, white vinegar is "regular" vinegar ;)

no seasoning?
You can season with salt and pepper if you wish, but it isn't essential for this dish ;)
Your friends must visit your place very often. And always with an empty belly.. I know I would.. :D
I would add some cornstarch water and a dash of lemon juice. :)
