2/3 cup Granulated Sugar
1/4 cup of Unsalted butter, softened at room temperature
1-1/4 cup of Semisweet Chocolate Chips
1/4 cup of Boiling Water
4 Eggs, Separated
1 tsp of Instant Espresso Powder
1 tsp of Vanilla Extract

You could even add 1/4 tsp of peppermint extract

And she is showing this flour less cake recipe for people who liss for chocolate cake and they do not hv flour they hv to but it so they can make this and it's easy by the way so great
