  • that is not how I made my flan I stir and you just have to be fast so it doesn't dry as fast and I don't use all those ingredients like she put a lot idk why she put whole milk I don't put milk I use sweetened milk evaporated milk eggs and vanilla that's it

  • Can you make with this with a good vanilla extract?  Or if using the beans, can I split the bean and drop it in the cream-milk mixture?

  • How can I make this recipe for a 9X13 baking dish?
    So I am of Cuban decent and I was looking for the cuban way but I do want it to turn out creamy light but thick.
    Cuban " 2 cans of evaporated milk. 2 cans of condensed milk. 8 eggs. 2 cups of sugar. 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract.
    I followed that recipe and it didn't quite come out very well. It was also flat. Should I have put baking powder in it to rise?
    This was for a 9 X 13 baking dish. Please give me your recipe for a 9 X 13 baking dish. Please. I have to impress my mother in law this year. Sad that I will be 45 years old next month and not know how to make flan.
