Learn how to make your own pita chips! We prefer these to the pita chips we used to purchase at the grocery store. All you need to make them is the following…
INGREDIENTS: olive oil (we used grapeseed oil), cayenne pepper, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, pepper (we used coarse ground pepper)
**All ingredients were added “to taste” (so we don’t have exact measurements for you this time) — just a few pinches of each ingredient on each side of the pita bread is sufficient to create really flavorful pita chips.
INSTRUCTIONS: Mix cayenne pepper & olive oil. Brush onto pita bread. Add dried oregano, garlic powder, and salt & pepper (to taste). Repeat on the other side. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Break apart baked pita. Enjoy!

Yum! I like to use those mini pitas from trader joe's so I dont have to cut them. Will have to try with oregano!
