INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:

500g Beef Strips
2 Carrots (cut thinly)
1 Brown Onions (sliced into thin wedges)
2 Sticks of Celery
1/3 Cup of Hoi Sin Sauce (about 80ml)
1/4 Cup of Hot Water

Serve with Rice or Noodles

NOTE: Feel free to use any vegetables you wish

Preparation Time: About 10 minutes
Cooking Time: About 10 minutes

SERVES 4

  • @stormnordwind It is surely different than any hoi sin I've ever seen too! That can't be the same stuff. You can't pour the stuff you and I know either.

    Use oyster sauce instead. It's a more traditional application as well. :)

  • You have a lot of great recipes and I haven't searched your videos for a sweet and sour sauce, do you have a good one? I tried one of someone else's tonight with chicken and it was ......not so good. Can you help Please!
