Juice of 2 Lemons
1 Tablespoon of Oregano
1 Tablespoon of Thyme
Salt and Pepper
Side Salad or Mixed Vegetables (to serve)
Preparation Time: About 10 minutes (plus marinating time)
Cooking Time: About 30 minutes
