@jim89mchugh Eat six meals spread throughout the day (every 3 hrs or so) that are about 350 Calories and have at least 28g of protein each.

Looks good. I have heard of the speghetti squash before just haven't tried it. Looks very simple to cook. Will have to give it a try!
