  • @jim89mchugh Eat six meals spread throughout the day (every 3 hrs or so) that are about 350 Calories and have at least 28g of protein each.

  • @jim89mchugh Thanks for subscribing, it means a lot. Along with lifting exercises make sure to consume the proper amount of protein. If you give me your weight (feel free to PM me if you feel more comfortable) I can give you the number of grams necessary and a calorie breakdown that will aid in gaining muscle.

  • Looks good. I have heard of the speghetti squash before just haven't tried it. Looks very simple to cook. Will have to give it a try!
