Hi there. Here's "what's healthy with pita bread covered in oil":
Whole wheat pita bread: Counts toward your whole grain for the day, Healthy carbs!
Olive oil: Heart healthy, "good" fat.
The phrase "covered in oil" implies two things, both incorrect. One, that the pita bread is essentially drenched with oil...it's not. Two, that it is analogous to fast food frying oil...it's not.
Many lean and ripped people use olive oil in their cooking quite a bit, and with great results.
What´s healthy with pita bread covered in oil? Pardon me but this is just what obese americans want to hear for comfort and justifying eating snacks all the time. I had a healthy Coke today. Just sugar, water and no artificial additives :) I think it's a bit cooler with real cooking (saw the "let's buy chips and put them in the oven and sprinkle with more spices").
Hey! What could I eat with this? Coul this just be plainly a snack, meal? What could I eat it with
The nutritional info is basically same as on the package of pita, maybe a lil higher because of the olive oil and seasonings. It depends on how much you use.
