Ingredients:
2 bananas
1 c. spinach
1 apple
1 pear
½ c. water, or as desired
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth or desired consistency.

What about all the oxylates in the spinach? shouldn't that be cooked first?
Dr. Axe! You've got a Vitamix there. You can leave the core on the apple and the pear. The seeds have lots of nutrients that the Vitamix will process and unlock. No need to throw those away.
That is a fruit smoothie not a green smoothie, but I bet it tastes good with all that sugar. Try mostly green veggies with half a green apple and 3 strawberries.

pears are very popular in France and I read that they remove uric acid from the body. --unsurpassed in that regard. would be nice if someone could confirm this.
