  • Hey! Thank you for this helpful video. By the way, I notice a lot of people keep on talking about Fenoboci Diet Plan, but I'm not sure if it is really good. Have you tried Fenoboci Diet Plan? I've heard many great things about it and my sister lost a lot of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me :(

  • I could not agree with you more any with regard to fasting. I know so many people recommend it, but it's always seemed extremely counter-intuitive to me. If we need to reup on our nutrients on a daily basis to skip an entire day or more does not seem smart to me. Like I say I've read a lot about it but to me I have to go with what feels right and what seems smart to me and what fits for my body. I got as far as a half a day and I just knew it was not the right thing to do so fasting for me at this point in time is a no go. You make sense. Your delivery is very very warm and sane unlike some on YouTube. I believe they know who they are, lol. Thank you.

  • Annie, with you living and promoting a healthy lifestyle and being a frequent traveler, I would be very interested in a video sharing about your travel routine.Do you pack heavy or light? How do you maintain this lifestyle on the go, especially in hotels and on airplanes. Additionally, how do you maintain this lifestyle when you are socializing and everyone else is eating differently?

  • It would be a waste for you not to lose body fat while other normal people are able to shed pounds easily with Fenoboci Diet Plan (just google search it).

  • To reduce the pulp, you should invest in a Nutribullet. I juice all of my fruits and veggies in as whole a form as possible and yhere's no wastage.
