How to make a simple and tasty onion gravy ideal to have with your beef joint, steak, bangers and mash or when ever you fancy a tasty onion gravy. I used a good beef stock and some wine to give it a delicious flavour. You can substitute the wine for extra beef stock if you prefer.
The video recipe is easy to follow that shows you simple step by step instructions on how to make this delicious gravy from start to finish. All the ingredients are shown in the video.

Not drinking wine or any alcohol should not deter you from cooking with it. There is not going to be any alcohol content in the gravy once you have cooked it as the alcohol will be cooked away and the taste is almost always completely different and lifts the entire dish to a new level. Most restaurants use different wines, spirits and ales in their sauces. Your not going to become drunk from it. I hear so many people saying..."oh I don't drink" when they find out a gravy or sauce has wine in it.
