Thumbs up good job. Thanks
isn't this the Ninja blender? Ninja blenders are supposed to b powerful
i highly suggest people add a little flaxseed, poppy seed or caraway seed. . . you don't need much, but it adds a TON of nutrients. . . and protein .(seed protein is on par with meat protein without the worry of a crap load of salt/bad fats/animal meat nitrogen . .
if you're worried about calories use the smoothie as a replacement for breakfast . . . since it's your first meal you'll burn most of it off just from being alive and your body functioning :D . . . also replacing a whole meal will allow you to feel less self conscious about the amount of calories in the smoothie . .. if you use a smoothie as a replacement, don't hold back on the avocado/yogurt/bananas/seeds
- calories arent bad people if you'r smart about it - just remember you could be having 800 calorie class of iced coffee or an 800 calorie class of a smoothie . . .
Does it taste mostly like fruit? Or can u taste the avocado n spinach a lot??
Ive been using spinich in my smoothies, i dont like the way it tastes so putting it in a smoothies with fruit is awesome! lol : )
I like to add flaxseed as well.
I love avocado smoothies, though I tend to go more heavy on the avocado and also add some fiber one cereal. Some people may not like the slight texture it adds but I think it's great. Also, kudos to using almond milk and frozen fruit. I do the same to avoid using ice.
