  • I cant stand smoothies if there not cold!!!!!!!!!

And i love love love your videos!
    Your my inspiration!!!!

  • @ flashtheturtle, My husband recently told me his mouth gets itchy after eating bananas. I looked up a substitute for bananas , and you can use mangos or even an avocado in your smoothie recipes requiring a banana, or just leave it out. HTH !!!

  • I know this is totally off the subject but I am watching your videos 1st cause I liked your eyes and your voice.lol but I wanted to say I like your hair styled this way. I like watching your videos because they are informative and short. oh ps...I'm not crushing on you...just thought I would share my thoughts. :)

  • this looks sooo good! if only i wasnt allergic to bananas:/ is there anything else i can use besides bananas? can u make more smoothie videos? :]

  • @Drakkmar13 I like cold smoothies too. I do this all the time: peel the banana the night before and freeze it in a plastic bag (slicing also helps). Then put it in the blender and add a few ice cubes. it will have an almost ice-cream like consistency. plus if you use a slightly over-ripe banana you will get more flavor out of it.
