I wanted to share my variation of this. I cut the Goji's and Dark chocolate to 1/4 cup and add 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes. I then add vanilla, cinnamon to the mix. The final variation is I take 2 scoops of quest protein and a very small amount of water and blend that. (it comes out very thick like Yogurt) and then add that to the mix. It adds calories of course, but a much needed protein addition and the taste is pretty awesome and they come out very fluffy. oh and switch to a mini muffin tin.

THESE LOOK INCREDIBLE!!! Now I definitely don't have the goji berries or dates but do you think these would still taste good if I made these recipe without the dates (I actually have never tried dates or goji berries before lol) and used blueberries or do the dates provide a specific purpose, if that makes sense? lol THANK YOU AGAIN!!! :)
