  • you can try spinach (which is also a belly blaster veggie) ....2 cups spinach, 1 whole frozen banana(chopped) 1/2-1 cup almond milk( depending on how thick you like it, any milk is good fat free, rice, etc) and a tsp honey(optional).... put all ingredients into blender and enjoy...its SOOO yummy.

  • I really wanted to try this however Kale and Blueberry was not available in the market here in our country. any substitute ingredients? Thanks.

  • Whenever you add spinach or kale to your smoothie, you honestly can't taste them at all! lol
