i hate kale in my smoothies.
you can try spinach (which is also a belly blaster veggie) ....2 cups spinach, 1 whole frozen banana(chopped) 1/2-1 cup almond milk( depending on how thick you like it, any milk is good fat free, rice, etc) and a tsp honey(optional).... put all ingredients into blender and enjoy...its SOOO yummy.

Whenever you add spinach or kale to your smoothie, you honestly can't taste them at all! lol
looks healthy, but targeted weight loss is not a thing. Anyone who knows anything about health would know that.
