  • Hi ladies, I added half banana and mixed berries with spinach every morning.. By the way I need closed captions whatever y'all say because I'm hearing impaired.. I would love to learn more about natural hair and products for natural hair... Thanks

  • try adding a little raspberry sorbet sometimes for something different...its the bomb!

  • kale or collard greens, 2 bananas,  a bunch of grapes, spinach, 1 mango - and blend that baby up. By the way girls, is that a vitamix blender? isn't it the greatest?

  • Hey ladies, how many times do you drink it?  And how long does it last in the fridge?  Great recipes. Thanks

  • What's up ladies, 1st thing in the morning I like to mix half of a pineapple
    2 or 3 bananas
a handful of spinach or kale
Half a cup of ice & water and this usually keep's me full until lunchtime, and sometimes I add a smoothie powder flavor. Thanks ladies for the video!!
    I just love yall :)

  • Definitely gonna try this and purchase the Nzuri. Thanks ladies and good lookin out!!

  • Thanks for sharing. I just bought the Vitamix professional series. My morning smoothie is creamy smooth and delicious: 2-3 oranges, lots of spinach, a bunch of cilantro, sometimes I add 1 tablespoon of blackstrap molasses for iron and hair growth properties (recommended from a black dermatologist friend of mine).
