Does this tea makes your heart race, caffeine does that to me. I want energy but I don't want my heart trying to jump out of my chest lol
Look good
I just tried it today, good stuff! I feel more energized
Thank you for this recipe!
Thanks for doing this great video on Matcha Green Tea! I've been wanting to incorporate it into my diet, but haven't yet. I think this video on how simple it is to make a good smoothie is the last piece of information I needed. I have a Nutribullet, but not a juicer. The Nutribullet will do a great job on the smoothie and I like to add Chia Seeds and Flax seeds as well. I've had Fibromyalgia for about 4 years now. Brought on by a devastating year - 2009. In March I was diagnosed with cancer and while getting treatment I had a CAT scan run and turned out I had 4 Pulmonary Embolisms in my lungs. That happened in May 2009 and kept me hospitalized for a long time. Then, in September of that year it was found that my left main coronary artery fell prey to a genetic condition which is called Fibro Muscular Dysplasia and I had to undergo Open Heart Bi-Pass surgery one week after they found it. I just never did bounce back after all that trauma. Having FM is so exhausting that I've been unable to prepare food, but I can make a smoothie if I prepare all the fruits/veggies when I'm having a good day. An unfortunate result of the blood clots was that I had to be put on Coumadin so my intake of Vitamin K has to be minimal. And the main source of Vitamin K are leafy great veggies. It's been six years now since I've been on coumadin. It's a tough road, but I try to do the best I can. I've also gained 80 lbs from the inactivity that comes with Fibromyalgia and all it's side affects and pain. Just yesterday I was on the table again getting some spine work done. So I already contacted a Matcha Tea manufacturer to ask about the Vit K content and it is acceptable. Hence a new product to try. I've also began consuming alkaline water and it's made an incredible difference. I can now get up from a chair on my first try and without pain and I know have a close to normal range of motion in my neck. Onward and upward. You just have to keep on trying!
Matcha gave the meditating monks a competitive edge! Lol!
May I know what green tea powder brand u used?
Am I just not paying attention, or is the name of the juicer not found anywhere in the about section?
Also, ur video has a glare. ..what brand of tea are u using? Oh..lastly..are u saying maca or matcha? Because I always though matcha actually was green tea just in powder form. I used to buy matcha green tea from amazon monthly so this got me curious. Please help with a response! Thanks in advance!
Is blanching almonds good? I thought it removed some of the nutrients (even protein) when the skin is removed? Please help! I'm confused.
