for the first one, I'm brand new to the smoothie thing so I substituted the green tea for vanilla almond milk and it was amazing! i also added some kale so that I could get more nutrients since I lost some from not putting the green tea in.
on the pb one can you use like a meal replacement instead of the whey protein?
What can I replace for the Ginger ? Reason , is because I used to get up at 5 5:30 in the morning for work , and used to get Nauseous every morning, and my doctor gave me Ginger snap medicine to help keep the acid down , that didn't work , Actually made it worse . Now , I have a new job and ill be up at around 6 6:30 and Need a shake to go . but ginger won't help .
