INGREDIENTS:
-Fresh or frozen fruit [I used strawberries, blueberries, cranberries, raspberries and bananas]
-Sunflower seeds
-Chia seeds
-Protein powder [I use Spirutein meal replacement powder in Banana]
-Milk
-Water
