Eggless Nutella Chocolate Cake
Serves 12. 148 per slice.
12 tablespoons sugar
14 tablespoons all purpose flour
6 1/2 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 medium apple peeled and chopped
1/2 cup milk 2%
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup boiling water
2 tablespoons nutella
