1 Tablespoon of Vegetable Oil
2 Cloves of Crushed Garlic
2 Teaspoons of Crushed Ginger
2 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce
2 Tablespoons of Oyster Sauce
2 Tablespoons of Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
230g Can of Water Chestnuts (drained and chopped)
5 Spring Onions (thinly sliced)
8 Iceberg Lettuce Leaves

Preparation Time: About 10 minutes
Cooking Time: About 10 minutes
