A healthy Peanut Butter and Banana Smoothie! Honestly. An easy and totally delicious start to the day. Or end to the day. Or middle of the day.
1 sliced banana
2/3 cup milk
6 ice cubes (or freeze your banana)
1/2 tbsp honey
1 1/2 tbsp peanut butter
Add all your ingredients to a blender and whizz! Enjoy. You will, we promise.

Did you know that processed Peanut Butter has a load of sugar in it?
made this today and it almost feelt like i was eating 10 reese cups. this was delicious and fueling.

Can make it much healthier :
3 very ripe FROZEN bananas
3 small spoon fulls of peanut butter
1/2 cup or 3/4 cup of water
SWEET CREAMY DELICIOUS
