Hi my lovelies, this is a continuation from my previous video, “Healthy Oriental Meal Plan”. Here, I’ll be sharing with you 2 of my favourite oriental snacks – Vietnamese Veggie Spring Rolls and Thai Fruit Salad to complete the meal plan.
These recipes are extremely easy to make and there’s no cooking required. They are vegan, gluten-free, nut-free and dairy-free! You may consume on a daily basis and not worried about overeating or the fat and calorie content.
Try them out and share your pictures with me on instagram and facebook. All the best! xx

I love this video. Looking forward to trying this soon.
are you vietnamese :)
there are so many people on youtube who do fitness videos and meal plans etc but you are my favorite! you're too lovely and really able to keep me motivated, just by being nice and kind but also determined. keep it up, we all love having you with us on our journey x
Hello my inspiration. I love it, especially the veggie spring rolls, but would you suggest other alternative of the rice papers, because I hardly find it here in KSA. thank you so much.. lots of love .
Thank you sooooo much for this Asian flavored meal plan. Being Asian myself i find the recipes are more to my taste. This is the first fitness meal plan with such flavours I've seen so far. Is it too much too ask for another round of it?
who is disliking these videos?? makes no sense. who dislikes videos about tasty food? weird.
Love that these are vegan! Your vegetarian/vegan meal ideas really have helped introduce me to new types of produce that I never noticed or considered trying before. Now I want to make those spring rolls :)
Joanna. Where do you get rice paper in malaysia?
In the States, the term "oriental" is considered offensive; we use the term "Asian" instead. Is it different in the UK? I suppose so.
