INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:

1kg Sausages (about 10)
Olive Oil
1 Brown Onion (finely chopped)
3 Small Carrots (thinly sliced)
2 Cloves of Garlic, crushed (about 2 teaspoons)
1 Tablespoon of Curry Powder
2 Tablespoons of Fruit Chutney
2 Cups of Chicken Stock
1 Cup of Frozen Peas
Salt and Pepper

Preparation Time: About 10 minutes
Cooking Time: About 30 minutes

SERVES 4

  • I'll Answer this one for you :) He is using Plain Beef Sausages which in my opinion is the best to use in this recipe. :)

  • ya know buddy, im 44 and ive been a curry fan since i was 16 and I have to say, you do a great job of creating dishes or cooking dishes with curry...thank you and I will try this, i promise!

  • My mum used to make this a lot when I was a kid, but she'd cut up the sausages into the sauce.

  • Something like, Bockwurst or Bratwurst would be good. After browning them up on a griddle pan & then simmering them in the sauce as David did. Enjoy Jess.
