This easy version of Chicken Alfredo Pasta is perfect for quick weeknight dinners, or whenever you need a satisfying creamy pasta dish! Chicken is browned and added to pasta and a delicious home made Alfredo sauce made from fresh cream, butter, garlic and Parmesan cheese. Try it today 🙂
Ingredients:
500g of Pasta (cooked using packet directions)
2 Large Chicken Breast Fillets (slice in half lengthways)
Olive Oil
30g of Butter
3-4 Cloves of Crushed Garlic (about 3 Teaspoons)
400ml of Whipping Cream (about 1 1/2 Cups)
1/2 Cup of Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 Cup of reserved cooking water from pasta
Freshly Chopped Parsley
Salt and Pepper
Preparation Time: About 10 minutes
Cooking Time: About 20 minutes
