2 Cups of Self Raising Flour (plus a little extra)
Pinch of Salt
1 1/4 Cups of Plain (Unflavoured) Natural Yoghurt
1 Cup of Grated Cheese (I used Mozzarella)
2 Tablespoons of Sun Dried Tomato Pesto Sauce (or any sauce you like!)
125g of Diced Bacon Pieces
Cherry Tomatoes (Halved)
6 Eggs
Preparation Time: About 15 minutes
Cooking Time: About 15 minutes

Looks great! But I have never heard about Self Raising Flour before? And can you use Kefir milk instead of Yougurt?

I'm going to make this very soon. But i'm not sure we have selfraising flour here in Sweden, would it be possible to just add a couple of teaspoons of bakingpowder? :)
