INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:

16 Fresh King Prawns (peeled, tailed and deveined)
1 Teaspoon of Butter
2 Cloves of Crushed Garlic (about 1-2 teaspoons)
1 Cup of Heavy Cream
Salt and Pepper
Rice or Noodles (to serve)

Preparation Time: About 5 minutes
Cooking Time: About 15 minutes

SERVES 2 – 4

  • Hi I'm glad to see your on the mend that's great,
    I have lots of food allergies hi Fructose is one
    of them, but before being diet-nosed I loved my
    garlic I can how ever have garlic in fussed olive
    oil, can I cook the prawns up in the garlic oil first
    take them out and put the cream in, and after ten
    minutes put the prawns back in, how much oil
    should I put in for a strong flavor of garlic, I miss
    garlic and onions, how ever I can have the green
    of the spring onion, I am all so Celiac low Lactose
    and hi Sorbatol.   

  • Just in case people didn't get it, the "vein" is full of prawn poo! Best to always remove it. Just sayin ...
