INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:
500g of Chicken Thigh Fillets (chopped)
1 Brown Onion (peeled and diced)
10 Button Mushrooms (halved)
1 Red Capsicum / Bell Pepper (deseeded and diced)
1 Teaspoon of Paprika
2 Teaspoons of Chicken Stock Powder
250ml of Sour Cream
Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
Pasta, Noodles, Rice or Mixed Vegetables (to serve)
Preparation Time: About 5 minutes
Cooking Time: About 15 minutes
SERVES 4 – 6
ALL MEASUREMENTS GIVEN ARE AUSTRALIAN STANDARD METRIC
