Creamy Bacon and Mushroom Chicken | One Pot Chef

Creamy Bacon and Mushroom Chicken is an easy weeknight dinner dish that only requires a little chopping and stirring! Onion, garlic, bacon and chicken breast pieces are combined with mushrooms, zucchini, mustard and cream. Served over rice, pasta or with mixed vegetables, this delicious and flavoursome meal is simple to prepare and destined to become a new family favourite – Try it today 🙂

Ingredients:

500g of Chicken Breast Fillets (chopped into bite sized pieces)
1 Brown Onion (finely chopped)
2 Cloves of Minced Garlic (about 2 teaspoons)
2 Slices of Middle Rasher Bacon (chopped)
2 Zucchini (chopped)
200g of Button Mushrooms (finely chopped)
1 Tablespoon of Mild Dijon Mustard
1 1/2 Cups of Cream (whipping cream or pouring cream will be fine)
Pasta or Rice (to serve)
Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper

Preparation Time: About 15 minutes
Cooking Time: About 35 minutes
