2-3 Cups of Cooked, Boiled Rice (1 day old is best)
2-3 Rashers of Bacon (Diced)
1 1/2 Cups of Mixed Frozen Vegetables
2 Eggs (Beaten and Fried, to make a plain omelette)
1 Spring Onion
1 Can of Baby Prawns / Shrimp (drained)
Soy Sauce (to taste)
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes

Hoisin sauce is nice in this, as well as oyster sauce
Sorry ...the only seasoning ingredient you added was soy sauce......aren't you meant to add salt or something for the taste ....
