Special Fried Rice is a classic Chinese takeaway favourite. Boiled rice is wok-fried with bacon, spring onion, omelette, baby prawns and mixed vegetables. Seasoned with soy sauce, this amazing dish will keep the family happy, and help to stretch the weekly food budget!

INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:

2-3 Cups of Cooked, Boiled Rice (1 day old is best)
2-3 Rashers of Bacon (Diced)
1 1/2 Cups of Mixed Frozen Vegetables
2 Eggs (Beaten and Fried, to make a plain omelette)
1 Spring Onion
1 Can of Baby Prawns / Shrimp (drained)
Soy Sauce (to taste)

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
