Sounds wonderful! I like the idea of adding the peppers ;)
:)
We can't find chorizo in sausage form, is it possible to make this in its ground state? Like if you cook it with the pilaf, or would there need to be a binding agent, like an egg? I've been really wanting to try this, but we've just had no luck finding the sausage.
I kind of have a crush on you!
Chorizo is a Spanish sausage, and, in Spanish the letter, "z," is pronounced like the English "th," as in "thing," or "think," (I mean, not as in "though").
However, having said that, I would think that if you were to walk into a delicatessen and ask for "choritho," nobody would know what you were talking about, (unless they were Spanish, of course)!
mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm so fucking good
Oh my God Chef, I tried to get through my phone to eat yours. It looks so good when you made it.
Thats good with a small glass of white wine or red. Thank You Chef.
I had spoken to my mum abt this recipe last night. I wanted to make it for a really long time.. She surprised me by making it for the family for lunch today! Turned out amazing! So delicious! Everybody relished it in my family. I cudn't get chorizo, so added chicken sausages. Also, she added red n yellow peppers with the onions! So Yum! Thanks David!
